We have one puppy still surviving from the 6 two hour old puppies we received. Bear weighs 20 pounds now and just loves living the people who kept her alive. We do know she is spoiled and very happy. She is one of our little miracles!!

Thank you to the Prairie Central Junior High School for the generous donation to the Livingston County Humane Society and thinking of the animals. We were able to spay two cats from the Dwight Tornado which will now be placed up for adoption. We think the staff and students are the greatest.

For those of you following our puppies we have two that are still alive. They have opened their eyes now and trying to bark according to their wonderful volunteer parents. They are also trying to walk. All great signs of progress! They are holding their own.

Today when the staff came in at the shelter they found four fluffy kittens in a box at the front door. They are very sweet and will be available for adoption as soon as they get their shots. They will need to be brought back to be neutered. All four of them are adorable little boys.
